Für unser Theaterunternehmen mit integrierter, breit gefächerter Gastronomie suchen wir eine/n Kostüm- & Textilpfleger/in. Aufgaben: Sortieren und Reinigung (Waschen, Bügeln, Pflege) der Kostüme. Bereitstellen von Kostümen im Tagesdienst (ca. 5-6 Std. pro Dienst). Kontrolle der Kostüme auf Schäden und ggf. Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen / Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Austausch von Informationen zur Pflege der Kostümteile zwischen Dresser/innen, die Tätigkeit findet ausschließlich am Vormittag statt, variabler Arbeitsbeginn. Anforderungen: Sensibler, ordentlicher und akkurater Umgang mit den Kostümen. Materialkenntnisse von Stoffen und deren Pflege. Nähkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Berufserfahrung als Textilpfleger/in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sind von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung. Intuitiver Umgang mit den allgemeingültigen Hygieneregeln. In this challenging role setup in our Digital Development HUB in Porto, Portugal you will support our brand teams of the international fashion brands JOOP!, Strellson and Windsor. (women- and menswear) in innovative digital product development. Close collaboration with our experienced digital team and different brand product departments is part of your daily tasks, as well as creative work in 3D development with focus on digital pattern making. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented 3D pattern maker with experience in CLO 3D technology to join our team. As a Digital CLO 3D Technician / Pattern Maker, you will play a key role in improving the overall fit and aesthetic of Proto samples, reducing the number of samples being made, and increasing the speed to market. You will have a passion for developing technically sound garments with fabulous fits, specializing in tailoring and draping that caters to the brands' requirements. You will be an out-of-the-box thinker who can collaborate with the existing teams, vendors, and across all levels of the organization. Tasks: Work closely with the design-, technical design and pattern making team of our brands to create and adjust patterns in digital CLO 3D software. Read and adjust tech pack for digital sample making, conduct fits, and give virtual adjustments on CLO until the fit is approved for production. Create a 3D CLO file after receiving the 2D pattern (.DXF file) and ensure to check main measurement, and shape on 2D pattern are possible based on HFG standards. Apply grading to ensure all sizes on CLO 3D avatars are proportionately balanced. Ensure all pattern revisions are completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Positive approach towards improvement in work & accept the challenge of work for our company goal. Open to learning new software as per need. Conduct regular store visits to check product quality and fit. Skills: Must be a college graduate related to the garment/textile industry. Excellent 3D skills in CLO. Browzwear/Vsticher knowledge is a plus. Must be experienced in patterns making in Optitex / Gerber/Lectra software. Good in English both speaking and writing. Able to speak Portuguese is a plus. As support for our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us remotely as soon as possible. In this exciting and varied role, you will support the digital transformation of our entire supply chain, with a particular focus on digital product development. In your capacity as an expert in the field, you will be the central point of contact for all brands and product groups for issues involving converting 2D patterns into 3D products and creating photorealistic visual representations of them. In the process, you will be responsible for defining and implementing new digital processes and will be in constant communication with the Design, Product, and Patterns departments as well as with external partners. You will run training sessions and provide coaching for all changes to processes and technology. Furthermore, you will scan the market on an ongoing basis for additional innovative solutions and new technologies, which you will introduce to the company’s advantage in collaboration with project teams, thereby continuously streamlining processes. Requirements: Experience in 3D visualisation, preferably in the fashion industry and using programs such as CLO, Browzwear and Vidya. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Initial experience in animation and rendering. A strong affinity for the subject of digital product development and visualisation as well as corresponding knowledge about the associated processes. Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Rhino 3Ds Max, Maya or Blender would be an advantage. A results-focused attitude and strong communication skills in German and English.
