Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for selected senior leadership, operations and commercial roles in EMEA. Building relationships with Hiring Managers to understand the current and future needs of the business, helping to shape a proactive recruitment strategy accordingly. Enhancing our employee value proposition and refining our go-to-market strategy by collaborating closely with colleagues across the business. Driving the referrals program and networking events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research, reports, and intelligence in a centralized database. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Proven talent acquisition experience (minimum 5 years in search, agency, in house) with a passion for the dynamic nature of recruitment including substantial time in house. Previous experience within search would be beneficial. Experience working across EMEA region and understanding of the regional talent markets. Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and solid understanding of recruitment best practices incl. suitability diagnostics. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact with candidates, colleagues and senior stakeholders. Prior experience in a manufacturing or products-based industry is highly desirable. Experience with ATS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and sourcing platform LinkedIn. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. An organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to talent acquisition. A passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and continuously improving hiring strategies.
