We are supporting an international Oracle HCM implementation and are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labour Consultant to support the client during a challenging phase of its global payroll transformation.
Tasks: Act as Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labour Consultant within an international Oracle HCM and payroll transformation project. Configure, analyze, and optimize Oracle HCM Time and Labor. Design, adapt, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formula / conversion formulas. Configure and resolve issues related to time-related payroll elements. Support work schedules, shifts, time entry rules, time calculation rules, and related time configurations. Analyze complex time calculation, payroll integration, and configuration issues and perform root-cause analysis. Support testing, defect resolution, stabilization, and payroll-related validation activities. Work closely with HR, Payroll, HR IT, implementation partners, and other Oracle HCM consultants.
Requirements: Several years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant. Strong implementation experience with Oracle HCM Time and Labor / Time & Labour. Proven hands-on expertise with Oracle Fast Formula and conversion formulas. Strong understanding of time-related payroll elements and time-to-payroll processes. Solid knowledge of work schedules, shifts, time rules, time calculations, and related Oracle HCM configurations. Experience troubleshooting complex functional and technical Oracle HCM Time & Labour issues. Experience working in international Oracle HCM implementation or transformation projects. Fluent English and the ability to work independently in a senior consulting role. Experience in global or multi-country payroll transformation projects. Experience integrating Oracle HCM Time & Labour with external payroll providers. Knowledge of payroll interfaces and time-to-payroll data flows. Experience with Oracle Payroll. Experience with multi-country Oracle HCM rollouts. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, payroll testing, or parallel payroll runs. Experience in complex international HR technology environments. Previous experience joining an existing Oracle HCM implementation during a critical project phase. Language: English.

We are looking for a customer-focused Solution Engineer in Kazakhstan who combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset. In this role, you will be a trusted technical advisor for customers, partners, and our sales organisation, helping to identify needs, design suitable solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products.
Tasks: Act as the technical pre-sales contact for prospective customers, business partners, and the sales team. Understand customer requirements and translate them into compelling product and solution proposals. Present, demonstrate, and explain product capabilities, use cases, and technical benefits. Support on-site and remote customer meetings, workshops, proof of concepts, and project opportunities. Collaborate with the our Key Account Managers based in the CIS region, European office, distributor network, and channel partners on strategic sales activities. Prepare and deliver technical training for business partners and customers. Support the preparation and execution of events, including technical setup and product demonstrations, independently or together with Marketing and Sales colleagues. Provide technical input for sales opportunities, partner enablement, and go-to-market activities. Offer occasional technical guidance to existing customers where needed, with a clear focus on enabling successful solution adoption rather than day-to-day support.
Requirments: Relevant IT qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or comparable customer-facing technical role. Strong technical knowledge of networking, storage, NAS, virtualization, and video surveillance. A natural ability to combine technical understanding with customer and business needs. Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills. Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken. Experience working with customers, partners, or channel organizations, with a clear, confident, and target-oriented approach. Ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable and engaging way. Creativity, flexibility, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. High degree of self-responsibility, ownership, and strategic thinking. Friendly, collaborative personality and strong team-player attitude. Based Astana or Almaty, with a valid driving licence and own vehicle for customer visits throughout the country (compensation package will be presented)
