We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our technology team - either as a freelancer or a full-time employee. This role focuses primarily on DevOps, offering the unique opportunity to own, optimize, and evolve our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes, while also contributing to backend Python development.
Tasks: Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate deployment workflows. Own the automation and management of cloud infrastructure and services on Azure, ensuring efficient scalability and reliability. Provide expert guidance to development teams on Azure DevOps best practices and strategies. Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain application and infrastructure stability. Develop and enforce robust security and compliance practices across cloud environments. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges related to Azure infrastructure and cloud deployments. Contribute to backend development tasks including REST-API creation, backend logic enhancement, and Python-based microservices. Support integration of backend systems with cloud-based DevOps processes. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure robust functionality and responsiveness of backend components.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of extensive experience in DevOps engineering, specifically with Azure. Expert-level proficiency in Azure DevOps services (Azure Pipelines, AKS, ACR). Extensive hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Helm. Strong skills in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes). Proficient scripting skills, particularly in Python. Experience with backend Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or similar. Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and identity management practices. Familiarity with advanced monitoring and virtualization tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactive, independent working style with the ability to manage projects and responsibilities autonomously. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

We are seeking an LGTM engineer with expertise in Grafana, Prometheus, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate should have experience with data source integration, alerting, and automation using scripting languages. Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Loki is essential. Industry experience in observability and performance optimization is required. Strong English communication skills and a proactive, agile mindset are a must.
Requirements: Grafana Proficiency. Ability to design and implement complex dashboards that visualize metrics and logs effectively. Experience in integrating various data sources (Prometheus, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, etc.) with Grafana. Proficiency in setting up alerts and notifications based on specific thresholds and conditions. Knowledge of setting up and managing Prometheus for metrics collection. PagerDuty knowledge. GitHub knowledge with GitHub actions. CD tools (Argo). K8s experience, Javascript/Java/Shell. Familiarity with log aggregation and querying using Loki. Certifications in Grafana, Prometheus, or other observability tools can be a plus. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks. Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
