Design, implementation, testing, and deployment of supply chain application solutions in SAP S/4HANA (PP, ePP/DS, AATP). Analysis of the global template in relation to local requirements across various rollout phases. Integration of the supply chain solution with advanced planning systems, including interfaces for master and transactional data. Creation of detailed requirements, technical design documents, build specifications, test documentation, and change impact assessments. Development of design, testing, and deployment deliverables (incl. fit/gap analyses, risk assessments, and quality documentation). Functional consulting for solution optimization at the application level, including evaluation of potential solution alternatives. Validation of proposed solutions to ensure alignment with the global template. Support for continuous improvement of supply chain processes (SAP S/4 ePPDS, AATP as well as APO PP/DS and PP). Execution of all activities in compliance with defined change and quality processes. Coordination of solution development with the responsible Supply Chain Planning Solution Owner. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and alignment. Preparation of all necessary project documentation for design, build, test, and deployment. Prioritization and parallel handling of multiple work packages within tight deadlines.
Skills: Extensive project experience in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, particularly in PP, ePP/DS, and AATP. Strong understanding of global templates and their adaptation to local requirements. Experience integrating with APS systems and related interfaces. Solid expertise in creating technical and functional documentation. Familiarity with change management and quality processes in large transformation programs. Ability to independently manage complex tasks in dynamic project environments. Strong communication skills for alignment with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Work location: Darmstadt (hybrid), with occasional travel to the USA or other locations in Europe.

Im Rahmen eines Dienstleistungsvertrages übernehmen Sie Tätigkeiten im technischen IT-Support für unsere Kunden.
Aufgaben: Bearbeitung der Tickets - Analyse, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungen in IT-Systemen. Durchführung von Softwareinstallationen, Updates und Systemanpassungen. Anwenderbetreuung sowie kurze Einweisungen bei Bedarf. Betreuung und Administration von Windows-Servern, Windows-Clients und Active Directory. Unterstützung bei Netzwerkkonfigurationen, VPN-Lösungen und Firewall-Umgebungen. Mitarbeit in virtualisierten Systemlandschaften (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox). Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten, Migrationen und Rollouts.
Anforderungen: Berufserfahrung im technischen IT-Support oder in der IT-Administration. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Server/Client-Administration, Active Directory und ggf. Terminalservern. Erfahrung in Netzwerkgrundlagen, VPN, Firewalls. Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware, Proxmox oder Hyper-V. Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eigenständige Arbeitsweise. Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung. Bereitschaft zur sorgfältigen Dokumentation.
