Analyze and gather client requirements related to time management and workforce management processes. Advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, and Employee Central solutions. Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions. Perform system configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials. Support data migration and system integration activities. Conduct workshops, end-user training sessions, and key-user enablement programs. Execute and support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assist with go-live preparation, deployment, and hypercare support. Troubleshoot system issues and drive continuous improvements of existing solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking (e2e implementation process from consultancy with customer to Go live activities). Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, SAP SuccessFactors Time Off, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Business Rules, MDF (Meta Data Framework) Objects. Experience in international implementation projects is an advantage. Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management or other Workforce Management solutions is desirable. SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and/or Time Management is preferred. Personal Competencies. Technical Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Suite, Employee Central, Time Tracking, Time Off.
