We are a growing media and technology company with offices in Berlin and New York. With immersive 14K/3D/360° streaming technology and innovative live formats, we are changing the way people experience sports, music and entertainment.
You build our social media from the ground up, take full ownership of it and work closely with our Content & Experience team. You report to the Head of Marketing & Sales. As the function grows, you can build your own team. You will work remote within Europe or the USA, or on-site in Berlin or New York.
Requirements: 3–5 years of social media management experience for a brand, publisher, sports club, league or agency. A portfolio of your own posts, videos or campaigns with proven results. Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram: formats, algorithms, trends and internet culture. Experience with Reddit and its communities. Hands-on short-form video skills: concept, shooting and editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere). Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus). Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality: you build things from scratch and see them through.
