We are seeking an experienced Project Planner (m/f/d) to support the delivery of major energy infrastructure projects. Fully remote work is possible. The goal is to develop and maintain the project schedules across the portfolio. You will be working within integrated project teams to ensure that fully integrated project schedules are established. Tasks: Working within the PMO portfolio organisation across all projects, ensuring a consistent project planning and scheduling approach throughout the portfolio. Establish and maintain detailed P6 project schedules in accordance with standard PMO processes/procedure requirements. Coordinate, preparing, conducting, and documenting monthly project status reviews together with the Project Leadership Team, in close cooperation with Risk Management and Cost Controlling. Maintain maximum transparency regarding project timelines and ensure adherence to planned milestones and deadlines throughout the entire project lifecycle. Preparing schedule visualisations at various levels of aggregation for communication with internal and external stakeholders. Support drafting of employers’ requirements for main package ITTs. Provide time series input into the Financial Model. Generate target/actual reports, s-curves, milestone analyses, critical path calculations and float analyses incl. downtime analyses and what-if scenarios. Prepare and facilitate regular schedule workshops. Analysis of contractor schedule submissions and summarising at the appropriate level for the Integrated Project Schedule. Defining standards, requirements for internal and external project schedules. Developing and updating schedule templates and formatting standards. Conduct Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis in support of the Risk Manager. Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: Extensive relevant experience in a project planner role (10-15+ years). Excellent demonstrable working experience in project planning tools and methods. Expert level P6 knowledge with P6 Administrator experience an advantage. Development phase experience. Degree educated or above, in a relevant discipline, ideally supported by a post-graduate qualification in project management such as APM. Extensive experience in the planning of large development and construction projects (such as offshore wind, power, oil and gas or general engineering consultancies) in multi-discipline teams. Offshore experience desirable. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, equivalent to CEFR Level C1 or higher. Kontaktadresse |
