As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a talented Copywriter who is obsessed with storytelling, branding, customer psychology, and creating content that drives engagement and conversion. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the voice of a modern international fashion brand.
Tasks: You'll work at the intersection of Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Creative, and Growth, helping craft compelling content across every customer touchpoint. From email campaigns and product descriptions to advertisements, landing pages, and brand storytelling, you'll have a direct impact on how customers discover, experience, and connect with ICON. Amsterdam.
Skills: Preferably completed an MBO, HBO, or bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field but not mandatory. Has 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a similar role. Is a native or near-native Dutch speaker with excellent English writing skills. Can seamlessly switch between Dutch and English while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Understands persuasive writing, conversion principles, and customer psychology. Has experience writing for e-commerce, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media. Knows how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content creation platforms to improve efficiency and creativity. Has exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of tone of voice. Brings creativity, ownership, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
