Proactively develop recurring content formats and content series that strengthen our brand and community. Maintain a rolling social media plan and proactively identify upcoming communication opportunities. Execute and monitor creative social media campaigns and derive concrete recommendations for future content planning. Plan, create and publish diverse digital content, including photo, video and short-form content. Identify compelling stories within the MW:M ecosystem and proactively turn them into engaging social media content. Get in touch with artists, speakers, partners and team members to create authentic stories and coordinate social media assets. Proactively coordinate with Programme, Partnerships, Event Management and Marketing to identify relevant stories and upcoming announcements. Manage and engage with our social media community. Coordinate all live communication during the festival. Monitor social media trends, platform updates and algorithm developments and translate them into new content ideas and formats.
