We are looking for a Fit Technician / Digital Pattern Maker to join us for 16 to 24 hours per week.
You will be responsible for the complete digital pattern work of our menswear collection, including pants, denim, tops, and outerwear. You will work closely with our designers and product manager to translate our designs into a technically perfect fit. Because fit and precision are at the core of our products, you will be physically present at the office at least two days a week for fittings and consultations. During busier periods, a third working day is optional and can be done from home.
You will focus on digitally drawing, grading, and completely preparing patterns for production. You will translate the final patterns into a grading sheet in Excel. You will also guide fittings at the office and precisely optimize patterns to achieve the ultimate fit. In this role, you bridge the gap between our internal software, Optitex and Clo-3D, and the systems of our manufacturers, Gerber and Assyst. Your own CAD software is flexible, as long as files can be converted without issues.
You have proven and solid experience with digital pattern making and grading. Basic knowledge of Excel is required to manage the grading sheets. Experience with menswear is an advantage, but a strong technical foundation is most important. You are fluent in using digital pattern software and possess good communication skills, allowing you to thrive in an international working environment. You are available for 16 to 24 hours per week, and you have your own transport, as our location in Kranenburg is difficult to reach by public transport.
