We are looking for an experienced proactive and highly organized Technical Product Manager / Product Owner in part-time to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, designers, QA, and our development team.
Tasks: Create, refine, and maintain Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications. Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and communication. Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities. Ensure that product requirements are fully understood by the development team. Act as the primary coordination point between founders, developers, designers, and external partners. Track progress, identify blockers, and proactively follow up on open tasks. Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines. Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical implementation. Prepare and participate in sprint reviews, demos, and planning sessions. Coordinate testing activities across releases and feature deployments. Support feature validation and acceptance testing. Ensure implemented features meet business requirements and quality standards. Track bugs and issues until resolution and verify fixes before release. Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile development teams. Assist in clarifying technical requirements and resolving ambiguities. Support release planning and deployment readiness. Ensure smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements: Mandatory: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager in software development environments. Hands-on experience managing the development of mobile applications (iOS and Android). Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies. Extensive experience with Jira, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management. Experience working with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and platform ecosystems. Experience coordinating QA testing and feature validation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent English (written and spoken). Strongly Preferred: Experience with event platforms, ticketing platforms, marketplaces, SaaS products, or consumer-facing applications. Experience working with remote software development teams. Technical understanding sufficient to challenge requirements and communicate effectively with engineers. Startup experience. We are not looking for a coordinator who simply forwards tasks. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, proactively drives delivery, challenges assumptions when necessary, and helps transform requirements into shipped features vironment.
