Full lifecycle management of the cable package with accountability for safety, schedule, and budget. Cross‑functional coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project packages. Contractor and supplier management to ensure quality and timely delivery. Risk identification and mitigation across technical, commercial and installation aspects. Strong focus on HSE compliance, marine regulations, and fostering a robust safety culture.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong experience in offshore and onshore cable design, cable installation and project management. Good communication and experience in stakeholder management as well as coordination. Strong knowledge of offshore engineering principles, industry standards and regulations.
