We are currently undergoing a radical transformation into a self-organized "Living Org." We are killing the hierarchy to make room for the "Spark." We don’t do "Cookie Cutter" work for our clients, and we’re done doing it for ourselves. We are looking for a creative partner to help us document our journey, our process, and our artifacts.
Your job is to translate our Standard into a consistent, daring, and high-fidelity social presence. You aren't just "managing" an account; you are producing a digital documentary of a studio in transformation.
Requirements: A portfolio that shows Editing & Storytelling (not just static grids). Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut (pro-level), or After Effects. A deep understanding of the LinkedIn vs. Instagram "vibe" shift. Availability for 20 hours a week with a consistent heartbeat.
