I am currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) for one of my clients in the healthcare sector, to start as soon as possible. The role focuses on translating complex regulatory requirements into structured product specifications within digital health environments.
Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks (e.g. ANS, French Health Insurance requirements) and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. Bridge the gap between business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders. Create and maintain structured artefacts such as User Stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. Ensure completeness and consistency of user journeys and product specifications. Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams (business, tech, compliance). Support backlog management and prioritization in Agile environments. Leverage generative AI tools to enhance requirement analysis, documentation, and quality checks.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong experience in eHealth, hospital information systems, or digital health products. Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (especially French Health Insurance / ANS). Knowledge of interoperability, data security, and certification processes in healthcare. Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum). Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Figma. Experience using generative AI tools for analysis and documentation is a strong plus.
Start date: 10.05.2026. Workload: Full-time. Duration: 7 months (with possible Extension). Location: 100% remote. Language: Fluent in English and French. Hourly rate: max. 60 Euro.
