We’re hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to turn messy real-world problems into working GenAI solutions.
Tasks: Own GenAI projects from discovery and scoping to delivery and handover. Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand needs, constraints, and priorities. Turn vague ideas into clear workflows, prototypes, and delivery plans. Collaborate closely with engineers and AI specialists to unblock execution and make decisions. Define success metrics, manage trade-offs, and keep delivery focused on outcomes. Stay close to modern LLM and GenAI patterns to make pragmatic, informed decisions.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management, technical delivery, consulting, or a related role. Experience shipping digital products, ideally with exposure to AI/ML/LLMs. Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, users, and engineers. Comfortable in ambiguous, high-context environments. Structured, proactive, and able to move from idea to action quickly. Technically curious. You don’t need to code, but you should understand how systems work. You like solving real problems, not just writing specs. You prototype before everything is perfectly defined. You know when to stay tactical and when to bring in engineering. You can balance speed, quality, and practicality.
