Skills: You bring 2+ years of hands-on social media experience with a clear TikTok focus, ideally from a content creator, agency, or brand-side background. You think in TikTok natively: you understand FYP mechanics, trend cycles, and the difference between content that converts and content that gets scrolled past. You are fluent in English at native or near-native level and communicate clearly and confidently in a professional context. You are comfortable working independently in a freelance setup, managing your own time, meeting deadlines, and staying proactive without close supervision.
