Redesign and optimize invoice PDF templates (fully compliant & professional). Ensure correct VAT and tax configuration. Automate creation of standard invoices. Automate creation of catering invoices. Validate platform → NetSuite data mapping. Guarantee reliable PDF generation and automatic email dispatch. Audit and optimize platform integration (API review). Implement or improve automatic payment matching and reconciliation. Validate full workflow: Order → Invoice → PDF → Email → Payment → Reconciliation. Implement basic monitoring to prevent billing or sync failures.
Skills: Minimum 5+ years hands-on NetSuite experience. Proven track record in billing automation and reconciliation setup. Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and payment flows. Experience with API integrations and system audits. Advanced NetSuite Workflows & Saved Searches. SuiteScript (strongly preferred). Advanced PDF/HTML invoice customization. Bank Feeds & automated reconciliation setup. Payment processor integration (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless). Solid accounting logic (AR, reconciliation, fee booking). Able to independently assess system architecture and identify weaknesses. Strong problem-solving mindset. Structured, detail-oriented and process-driven. Comfortable working directly with CFO / Founder. Fully autonomous and outcome-focused.
