My client, a leading high-tech company, is looking for an experienced EMSR / BMS expert (m/f/d) to support a complex construction project in the field of critical infrastructure. In this role, you will assume overall technical responsibility for the EMSR and BMS systems and ensure that the systems are planned, implemented, and commissioned correctly from a technical perspective. You will act as the technical contact and decision-maker for all EMSR/BMS-related issues and provide technical guidance to the specialist planners and contractors involved.
Tasks: Technical management and overall responsibility for EMSR and BMS systems across all project phases. Central interface management for the trades. Ensuring the technical accuracy, system functionality, and operational safety of the automation systems. Technical management of specialist planners, system integrators, and contractors. Responsible for reviewing and approving automation concepts, functional descriptions, and control strategies. Technical evaluation of performance changes and review of addenda. Support for complex commissioning and functional principle tests. Preparation of technical reports and monitoring of milestones and risk management.
Requirements: Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification. Several years of project experience in a senior technical role in the field of EMSR / building automation / BMS. Confident handling of relevant standards (DIN, VDI, EN) and, ideally, knowledge of certification standards. Very good written and spoken German and English. Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
Start: asap. Workload: Full-time. Duration: Approx. 12 months with option to extend. Location: Austria, near Linz.
