Tasks: You develop TikTok-first content strategies for global brand accounts, defining platform-native formats, content pillars, and creative direction that drive measurable engagement. You own the full content cycle across TikTok and complementary platforms, from briefing and ideation to production and community management. You track, analyse, and report on performance, translating data into sharp insights and concrete recommendations clients can act on. You act as the main point of contact for clients, confidently guiding projects from briefing to execution while challenging briefs that don't fit platform reality. You stay ahead of trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments to keep brand accounts relevant and consistently performing. Skills: You have 3+ years of freelance or agency experience in social media management with a proven TikTok focus, and a portfolio of brand work that speaks for itself. You think in TikTok: trend cycles, algorithm behaviour, and FYP mechanics are your daily business, and you've applied that knowledge across different industries and brand voices. You're used to managing multiple client relationships simultaneously, communicating platform logic clearly, and pushing back on briefs that need rethinking. You're confident with Canva and video editing tools, and you actively use AI tooling to work efficiently across several projects at once.
