For our client in Madrid we are looking for a Service IT Support (m/w/d) Responsibilities: Provide 2nd level IT support and resolve escalated service desk tickets. Assist with enrollment and configuration of macOS and Windows devices. Serve as the primary onsite IT support contact for the Madrid office. Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles and operational documentation. Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes. Prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency and business impact. Maintain and troubleshoot conference room and collaboration systems. Manage local IT inventory, including hardware organization and delivery. Requirements: Several years of professional experience in an IT Service Desk or similar support role. Familiarity with device management tools such as Jamf and Intune. Practical experience troubleshooting IT hardware and end-user devices. Hands-on exposure to diagnosing and resolving conferencing hardware issues. Solid understanding of Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience working with ticketing and documentation platforms, knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment. Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities. Effective organizational and time-management capabilities. Proven ability to produce clear and accurate technical documentation. Fluent business English. Spanish skills is a huge plus.
