For our client in Munich we are looking for a Fee Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Tasks: Execute fee calculations, partially automated via extracts from the core banking system. Validate manual conditions and reconcile them with system-generated fee calculations. Prepare client fee statements, including mail merge letters and individual invoices. Ensure transparent documentation and clear explanation of fee derivations per client. Develop and enhance process automations (tactical and strategic). Establish and manage a review workflow, including confirmation or adjustment of fees by Relationship Managers and implementation of a 4-eyes check for modifications. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, and Front Office to refine calculation logic and reduce manual workload. Support testing of system changes and validate fee-related data migrations. Prepare full-year ex post cost disclosures. Requirements: Proven experience in fee calculation, fee setup, or billing processes (preferably in Wealth Management or Private Banking). Strong numerical skills and high accuracy when working with complex financial data. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data validation, quality checks). Experience with mail merge and document automation (e.g., Word mail merge). Solid understanding of banking products, client fee models, and core banking systems. Ability to work independently, manage high workloads during fee cycles, and maintain clean documentation. Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for process optimization. Experience in post-merger integration environments. Experience with automation tools. Knowledge of workflow and reconciliation tools. Fluency in German and English. Einsatzort: D7 Stuttgart / hybrid.
