We are looking for two talented and creative Art Director to join our team.
Tasks: Develop and oversee creative concepts for video campaigns, from ideation to final cut. Storyboard and direct short-form videos that resonate with social audiences. Collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand. Lead visual storytelling across channels with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and audience engagement. Continuously test and iterate video formats based on performance and platform trends.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in video content creation, ideally in a creative agency or social-first brand (share your portfolio). Proven experience storyboarding and directing short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Strong understanding of creator-style content - raw, engaging, and optimized for social (not overly polished). Comfortable leading creative direction from concept to post-production. Bonus: experience working directly with creators or influencers.
