The OSS Package Manager will lead and manage all phases of the offshore substation (OSS) package, including design, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and commissioning of the foundation, substructure, topside, and associated electrical equipment. The position is based in Dublin. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of offshore engineering principles, strong marine technical expertise, proven project management capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder coordination skills to ensure safe, timely, and successful project delivery. Tasks: Lead the safe development and execution of OSS package, including procurement, construction, and commissioning. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely, safe and cost-effective delivery of offshore substation packages. Supervise FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), detailed design, and ensure technical compliance. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and technical requirements. Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and materials. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes. Identity and assess opportunities to improve outcomes. Working as part of the Project Leadership Team to enhance the project delivery strategy. Lead collaboration and interface with the OWF developer. Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings with stakeholders to monitor performance and address any issues. Responsible for OSS Package governance, programme, risk, budget and resource requirements. Participate actively in the HSE and Quality aspects regarding offshore activities and risk assessment and reviews (Design Reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, readiness review) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience in offshore substation design, construction, and project management. Strong knowledge of offshore engineering principles, industry standards, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Experience working on EPC contracts such as Logic, FIDIC, NEC. Commercial awareness with strong vendor management skills.
