We are hiring Senior Electrical Engineers to join a leading offshore engineering team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will design and engineer solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability, contributing directly to the success of major offshore projects.
Responsibilities: Lead the design and engineering of assigned scopes, ensuring compliance with international codes, industry standards, and company requirements. Select appropriate methods and procedures, optimize designs, and ensure system interfaces are effectively managed. Plan and execute activities and deliverables within agreed budgets and timelines. Apply lessons learned and manage the impact of design changes across project systems. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties in line with contractual obligations. Potentially serve as Package Engineer, responsible for the technical delivery of packages from design through procurement and manufacturing. Lead and mentor junior engineers and may act as Discipline Lead for assigned scopes.
Requirements: Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant discipline. 5–10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with offshore project exposure.
