We are looking for a Project Manager with a solid understanding of IT or software development processes to serve as the bridge between clients, engineers, and product leads. You’ll manage communication, ensure deliverables stay on track, and maintain structure across multiple projects.
Tasks: Manage multiple client projects from briefing to delivery. Coordinate between clients, product manager and engineers. Track deadlines, budgets and milestones. Prepare progress updates and ensure smooth communication. Identify project risks and propose solutions early. Support scoping and estimation during the pre-sales phase. Help structure workflows and improve internal processes.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a software or digital agency. Familiarity with software development processes (e.g., agile, sprints, GitHub, Notion, etc.). Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus). Ability to coordinate international, remote teams. Comfortable managing clients in both business and technical contexts. Self-organized, reliable, and structured. Nice to have: Experience with AI or automation projects, background in software engineering or product management.
