We are seeking a hands-on SEO Manager to drive on-page and technical SEO for our German domain, with additional support for our French site. In this mid-level role, you’ll directly impact our core European markets by optimizing existing content, implementing SEO best practices, and ensuring strong organic performance in Google and emerging AI-driven search. Tasks: Refresh and optimize existing German-language pages for SEO impact (meta tags, headers, internal linking, keyword integration, etc.). Make precise, high-quality edits to copy; commission or produce new content as needed. Support similar SEO efforts for our French domain (smaller volume). Conduct broad technical SEO improvements such as resolving crawl errors, fixing broken links, addressing duplicate content, and ensuring mobile usability. Implement structured data and optimize URL structures in collaboration with our development team. Ensure all pages align with SEO best practices for site health and visibility. Use tools like Google Search Console and other SEO platforms to monitor site health and performance. Track, report, and act on key SEO metrics; support the Head of SEO with ongoing performance analysis. Requirements: Native-level German fluency (required); French proficiency is a plus. 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a focus on on-page and technical optimization. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make clean, effective edits to existing content. Comfortable working with content management systems and collaborating with remote teams.
