You will support our Risk Consulting team on non financial risk engagements, covering operational risks, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), controls testing, governance and resilience. The role contributes to helping banks strengthen their risk frameworks and meet regulatory expectations.
Tasks: Support client projects in non financial and operational risk management. Contribute to engagements on TPRM, outsourcing and procurement risks. Perform controls testing and support GRC related activities. Support clients on operational resilience frameworks and assessments. Prepare analyses, documentation and client ready deliverables. Work closely with project leads and client teams on regulatory initiatives.
Skills: University degree in business, risk management, law, economics or similar. Several years of experience in non financial / operational risk or consulting. Practical experience with TPRM, controls testing, GRC or resilience. Familiarity with regulatory expectations (e.g. FINMA, outsourcing guidelines). Structured and hands on working style. Very good communication skills; English and German are mandatory.
