We are seeking an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for creating strategy, managing campaign budgets, implementing tracking solutions, and driving measurable growth using a data-driven approach. Tasks: Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and A/B testing. Implement and monitor tracking solutions including Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, Pixels, and Server-Side Tracking. Analyze campaign performance, build reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and improve underperforming ones. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing high-performance Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. Applicants must have managed an annual ad budget of at least USD $2M — please only apply if you meet this requirement. Strong expertise in conversion tracking setup and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc.). Solid understanding of campaign optimization techniques and key performance metrics. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and solve problems effectively. Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
